With the development of the twin screw extruder towards high speed
and high torque, the strength (especially the thermal strength) and
precision of the twin screw extruder shaft are required higher.
Through extensive research, the material we use Germany imported
pre-hard alloy tool steel and the splines are formed with Europe
imported CNC spline cold rolling processing equipment. After
customer trial, products fully meet the performance and quality
requirements of similar high-end products imported from abroad.

2. The advantages of cold rolling shaft compared with the
traditional milling shaft
Using advanced cold rolling technology to replace the traditional
milling to process splines is a qualitative leap in spline
processing technology. It not only improves the processing accuracy
and surface finish, but also greatly improves the mechanical
properties of parts. After cold rolling, the strength of spline is
much higher and reasonable fiber streamline distribution inside the
parts can form compressive stress on the surface of parts and
improve fatigue strength.
Through the test, the torque force of the shaft processed by this
technology is increased by 25 ~ 30%, and the accuracy is increased
by 2 levels, reaching the national standard of 6 levels. In
addition, reasonable cold rolling process can form compressive
stress on the surface and improve the fatigue strength.
