1.Payment terms?
TT and cash, and TT will be more appreciated. 30%deposit before
producing, 70% balancebefore loading by TT.
2.Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes. We have a large showroom in our factory that has been
constructed to show our silk plants and trees as they would be used
in applications. We have created various themes including tropical, wilderness and
Asian. In addition, since our showroom is connected to our
manufacturing facility clients have the ability to tour the
production floor and review the craftsmanship of our finished trees

3.What is the delivery time?
It depends on order quantities and how complicated it is.Generally
speaking,the delivery time will be within 30 to 50days after
deposit.
4.How to pack the products?
We use standard package.If you have special package requirements,we
will pack as required,but the fees will be paid by customers.
5.How to install after the goods arriving destination?
