The bottle is blown into the bottle shifting wheel, when the flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180° into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the filling position.

2. Filling part

The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the meantime, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle.

3. Capping part

Three capping heads are applied in model CGFD 8-8-3.The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an undercover tube part. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel.

Air Conveyor (2M for Free)

Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.

Flat Conveyor (2M for Free)

Energy-saving and highly efficient. The special lubrication system keeps products clean, health and safe. Electric eyes design and overload protection mechanism help the whole line running safely and quickly.

We commonly use sea transportation, using container to deliver the goods through Shanghai Port.

4.What is the warranty period of the machine?
Two years. Except the wearing parts, we will provide free maintenance service for the damaged parts caused by normal operation within warranty. This warranty does not cover wear and tear due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
