Packaging & Shipping
How does your product ship?
We have a well engineered shipping and packaging process so that
all of our plants and trees can be packed and shipped as
economically as possible. From standardized corrugated cardboard
boxes that ship via Small Parcel (Ground) to custom wooden creates
that ship via LTL, we can pack just about all of our products. When
artificial trees are too large to be packed in boxes or crates, we
contract for semi trailers or sea containers and build internal
framework so that the trees can be safely secured until they arrive
at the client site.
Can you ship your product internationally?
Yes. Our product has been installed in over 50 countries. We offer
both Ocean shipment (LCL, 20’ Sea Container, 40’ Sea Container) and
Air shipment.

TT and cash, and TT will be more appreciated. 30%deposit before
producing, 70% balancebefore loading
2.Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in
artificial plant and landscaping, atheme packaging, Planning and
design for over 16 years
3.What is the delivery time?
It depends on order quantities and how complicated it is.Generally
speaking,the delivery time will be within 30 to 50days after
deposit.
4.What if I don’t see the variety of plant or tree I would like?
We have an internal library of photos detailing the thousands of
plants and trees we have manufactured. Chances are we have
manufactured your desired plant variety for a past client, so we
always recommend you contact us to discuss your specific plant
needs.
5.What is your order minimum?
We do have minimum order guidelines; however, we can be flexible
depending on the specific request
6.Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm
the design firstly based on our sample.
