1. Outline of Centrifugal fan

CPZ series centrifugal air-conditioning ventilators are based on SYT series, which are newly developed and manufactured products with internationally advanced technology of similar products introduced by this company. It was developed by using high technology and with low noise and compact structure. The flow rate and total pressure are ranging from 800m3/h to 4000m3/h. It is driven by single-phase motor. It is an ideal subsidiary equipment for airflow changeable air conditioners,tube type units, VAV system, heating and ventilating air-conditioners, purification equipment, and other kind of fan system.

2. Construction of Centrifugal fan

CPZ Series ventilators consists of housing, impeller, width of impeller, base-plate and motor.

1) Housing

The housing is made of high quality hot-galvanizing steel sheet. The side plates include inlet cones that are designed with the best aerodynamics for inlet condition. The scroll is fixed to the side plates by spot welding. On the side plate of the housing there are a series of holes drilled in advance for riveting nuts to carry out installation according to air outlet direction needed by the customer.

2) Impeller

The impeller is constructed of high quality hot galvanized steel sheet with advanced aerodynamics profile to achieve the highest efficiency and the lowest noise level. The impeller is fixed on the center plate and on the end of ring with riveting grip pres. The impeller is constructed with maximum strength that endures the continuous operation with maximum power. All impellers have passed all round dynamic balance test according to the Company Standard which is higher than National Standard.

3) Base-plate

CPZ series ventilators are made of high quality hot galvanizing steel sheet, which can be assembled with the direction by the customer demand.

4) Motor

CPZ series ventilators are equipped with single-phase 220V/50Hz three speed motors,which are flexible to change speed and easy to install. Speed can be changed by using provided silicon controlled voltage regulator and frequency converter. The voltage can be customized based on request.
