Description of PVC Foam Board Machine:
1.The screw is designed with special mixing function and high
plasticizing ability, the hanger die head is designed with double
throttle page number. the thickness of the plate is adjusted more
accurate.
2.Temperature control ±1 ℃ can control the plasticizing process and
plate thickness, flat shape.
3.Three roller calender adopts horizontal, vertical or 45° inclined
type, can be free lifting mode.
4.The thickness of the plate can be controlled by screw adjustment
and bidirectional adjustment of the press wheel.
5.The independent temperature control system of the roller can
control the temperature of the roller cylinder to make the
thickness and thickness of the plate uniform.
