Q: If there is LED failure, how can you support?
A: Clients provide us with pictures of the failed products or the samples rejected And give a test report, our engineers of after sale team will analyze the failure reasons. If the failure was caused by Learnew, we will compensate with qualified replacement as fast as we could!
Q: Would you offer free samples?
A: Yes. For our factory to produce conventional white light products, we will provide 2pcs. The sample cost of other custom designed products will be deducted from the customer's subsequent orders.
Q: Are you manufacturer or trade company?
A: In worldwide market, Learnew is well know as an experienced and professional LED manufacturer.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: It depends on the order quantity. Generally the lead time should be 7-12 working days.
