Component of briquetting press machine

(1) Main machine: it is composed of frame, main hydraulic cylinder, pushing hydraulic cylinder, bottom plate hydraulic cylinder, matching mold frame and mold, pressure head, etc.

The frame part is composed of upper and lower beams and columns. The upper and lower crossbeams are all made of integral steel casting. The upper and lower crossbeams are connected with four columns by inner and outer nuts to bear the tension during operation.

The main hydraulic cylinder can eliminate steel casting and hidden danger. Ensure the service life and safety of the equipment. The supporting mold frame, mold and indenter are designed by professionals, and the superior processing ability is the guarantee for the excellent taste of the equipment. The punch of mould and briquetting machine are equipped with high strength wear-resistant steel which can be replaced quickly. The front end of model lindur punch is equipped with a pressing ring of wear-resistant punch which is convenient for disassembly and installation, so as to prolong its service life. Relevant parts are specially hardened or forged in necessary parts.

(2) Hydraulic station: it is composed of motor, hydraulic pump, pump protection device, professional control valve block and pipeline system for connecting briquetting machine. The design is reasonable and the quality is stable. Equipped with cooling system to avoid continuous operation of equipment due to oil temperature overheating.

(3) Console: it is composed of electrical system and PLC control system.
