What are the contents of the annual regular inspection of electric
winches?
(1) Check all the screws and nuts of the connecting parts. When
they are loose, they must be tightened. If the cotter pins and
locking iron wires are lost or damaged, they must be restored.
(2) Check the wear of each bearing, and replace excessively worn
bearings.
(3) Check that all lubricating oil/grease pipelines should be free
of leakage and blockage.
(4) Check the clutch mechanism and replace the worn parts.
(5) Check the wear of sprocket teeth and chain.
(6) Check the wear of the brake disc (brake hub) and the condition
of the pipelines and joints of the cooling system.
(7) Check the wear of the brake blocks.
(8) Thoroughly clean the oil pool.
(9) Check the internal condition of the motor and check the
alignment.
(10) Check the status of all pipelines, valves, and pressure gauge
actuators of the air control system.
(11) Check all oil seals.
Maintenance and maintenance of electric winches:
1. Before winch maintenance starts, all power supply must be
completely cut off. There should be no load in the system.
2. Before the maintenance work is allowed, we recommend users to
operate under the work permit system to ensure that all
explosion-proof hazards have been assessed by qualified persons.
3. Check the paint condition of the winch every month. If you want
to ensure that the metal is not exposed or to prevent corrosion,
you must also paint.
4. Make sure that all protective covers are in place.
5. Check the operation of all safety equipment, including the
emergency stop system.
6. Check all electrical junction boxes to prevent loose connectors
and water or condensate from entering.
7. Ensure that all bolts and screw connections are stable.
Winch:
A winch is a light and small lifting device that uses a reel to
wind a steel wire rope or chain to lift or tow heavy objects, also
known as a winch. The hoist can lift heavy objects vertically,
horizontally, or tilt. There are three types of winches: manual
winches, electric winches and hydraulic winches. Mainly electric
winches. It can be used alone or as a component of machinery such
as lifting, road building and mine hoisting. It is widely used
because of its simple operation, large rope winding volume and
convenient displacement. Mainly used in construction, water
conservancy projects, forestry, mines, docks, etc. for material
lifting or flat towing.
