Description:

1.Model PDSD1500-M-B1207 separator modular is mainly used to remove water and mechanical impurities from diesel oil, lubricating oil, and other mineral oil in marine diesel engine unit and land-used diesel generator unit of power station so as to reduce wear of the diesel engine and other machines, and prolong engine life. The model is also used to separate two unsolvable liquids with different specific gravity or remove a small number of solid particles from the liquid.

2.The machine has the advantages of high efficiency, low oil consumption, convenient operation, and economic maintenance cost.

3.The clear oil and dirty water are let out freely, the sludge is discharged manually.

This series separator is widely used for kinds of oils, especially for Marine diesel oil and similar oil, such as light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil, lubrication oil, steam turbine oil, detergence oil, engine oil, etc

Different oil has different capacities, our 1500L, 2000L, 3000L, 4000L, 5000L, 6000L, 8000L,10000L capacity is for the Marine diesel oil 0# as a sample. It also depends on the viscidity, temperature, and for all the capacity models, we have an oil characteristic sheet to help our customers to find out what their oil is, and what capacity their oil belongs to.

3) Is your separator self-cleaning?
We have 3 types of discharge means according to different material and customer's requirements, we have the self-cleaning model and manual cleaning model.
1. Manual discharge model for the oil with a very little solid component
2. Full discharge model for the big capacity treatment and a little solid component
3. Partly discharge model for the bigger capacity treatment and more solid component

4.Variable discharge model

No.full discharge type and partially discharge type are both self-cleaning models.
