1. Raw material feeding:
Before the system starts the automatic weighing control, the 22
kinds of liquid raw materials should be selected according to the
formula ratio of the corresponding product name (the quantitative
value difference is stored), and the delivery hose should be placed
in the raw material barrel and reinforced to prevent it from
falling off, and then start the control program and start working !
2. Raw material transportation
The feeding value of the two liquids is controlled by the DCS
system as a whole.
The liquid material is designed to be transported through
pipelines, directly pumped into the metering tank by the pump, and
incremental metering.
After reaching the target setting value, the pneumatic ball valve
is closed, and the design metering accuracy is 18%. 22 kinds of
additives are directly controlled according to the logic sequence
of the formula (each additive is set by the system to enter the
target metering tank), and the advance amount program is embedded
to ensure its batching accuracy and design measurement accuracy of
1%.
When the system batching is completed, the indicator will display
with a green light to indicate that the batching is complete,
waiting for the next batching instruction. In case of insufficient
raw materials in the section, an automatic alarm will be issued to
prompt the operator to replace the raw material barrel, and the
original batching procedure will continue.
When the preparation is completed, the raw materials of each
metering tank can be manually selected to be transported to the
barrel! The operation mode is semi-automatic, you must set the
finished product discharge value and click to start the automatic
discharge, and it will automatically stop when the target value is
reached.

screen operation unit, working status is clear at a glance, and can
be automatically switched by hand, manual mode can be selected for
quick troubleshooting in future maintenance, and multiple sets of
recipes are selectively produced and recipe values It will be kept
confidential and displayed by the product code. The set value can
be set directly on the touch screen without special program
setting, and the fault alarm device is embedded, even if the system
fails, it can be manually operated to complete the batching!
