actual batching to prevent blockage and intermittent turbulence,
resulting in measurement errors. If the 6-9 volume material is not
enough in the measurement process, the system will automatically
drive the powder at the bottom of the 1000 hopper The butterfly
replenishment and the replenishment amount meet the batching cycle.
When the proportion of all materials is completed, the system
drives the red indicator light to indicate that the batching is
completed, but when the green indicator light is working, it means
that the system is batching. At this time, the raw material
warehouse is not allowed to perform manual feeding operations!
After each batching cycle, If you need to re-proportioning, the
system must detect that the mobile mixer is in place, and then you
can perform the proportioning work to prevent human error from
spilling. 9 kinds of materials are automatically identified whether
there are raw materials in the storage bin and whether the raw
materials can complete a proportioning cycle.
If there is a shortage of materials, the system will automatically
display the lack of material bin status and flash a prompt to feed.
The entire system is based on Modbasj communication bus control.
Once each execution unit fails, the faulty unit will be
automatically identified, and the execution unit can be changed as
needed, so as to ensure long-term reliable and stable production
without failure of individual execution units.
