Before the system starts the automatic weighing control, the six
liquid raw materials should be selected according to the formula
ratio of the corresponding product name (the quantitative value
difference is stored), and the delivery hose should be placed in
the original barrel and reinforced and placed off. The control
program is started and the work starts !
Material delivery
The design of the delivery pump and the added value of the six
liquids are controlled by the DC system as a whole.
Our company designs liquid materials to be transported through
pipelines, pumped directly into the metering hopper, directly
controlled according to the logic sequence of the formula, and
embedded in the advance amount program to ensure the accuracy of
the batching, and the design measurement accuracy is 0.2-0.5.
When the system batching is completed, the indicator light will
display with a green light to indicate that the batching is
completed and waiting for the next batching instruction. In case of
insufficient raw materials in the interval, an automatic alarm will
be issued to remind the operator to replace the raw material
barrel, and the original batching procedure will continue to be
executed.
When the ingredients are finished, you can manually select the raw
materials of each tank to be sent to the corresponding reaction
tank! The operation mode is semi-automatic. When there is no
instruction, the system will send all the raw materials in the
currently selected stun tank to the reaction tank. The interval can
be operated.
