Production introduction:
ABS-DA powder metering machine (air conveying metering type) is
mainly suitable for one- and two-story structure workshops, in
which large materials are conveyed and measured by negative
pressure suction. Meet the requirements of the internal
mixer/kneader host for the feeding, dust removal, transportation,
storage, batching and weighing of various raw materials, and
realize the linkage control with the internal mixer and the
kneader.
The system is mainly divided into three parts: raw material storage
area, conveying pipeline and scale. The raw material storage area
can be set in the raw material warehouse to isolate the raw
material area from the production area, so that there is no dust
pollution in the production area; the scale has the functions of
raw material transportation, measurement, operation management,
etc., and the operator can go through the man-machine interface or
industrial control in advance Once the formula and batch are set,
the scale can automatically convey and measure the raw material
formula.
This system can measure up to 12 kinds of powder and granular raw
materials, and the accuracy of the measuring range of the powder
and granular raw materials with good fluidity is ±200g to 0.5% F.S.
when the measuring range is 10kg to 200kg. Mainly used in the
production of rubber products, plastic products, cable materials,
food, chemical raw materials and other products.
