Production introduction:
ABS-DB powder metering machine screw conveying metering type is
mainly suitable for three or four-story structure workshops. It
adopts manual feeding or negative pressure suction to complete the
transportation. The screw feeding method can meet the requirements
of high-speed mixing disperser or high-speed mixer for resin and
resistance.
The requirements for the feeding, dust removal, transportation,
storage, batching and weighing of powders such as fuels and
stabilizers can realize linkage control with high-speed mixing and
dispersing machines or high-speed mixers. It can realize the
feeding form of 1 set of batching system corresponding to 1-4 sets
of high-speed mixing and dispersing machine or high-speed mixer.
This system can measure up to 6 kinds of powder and granular
materials.
The accuracy of the measurement range of powder and granular
materials with good fluidity is ±0.2% to 0.5% when the measurement
range is from 10kg to 200kg.
It is mainly used in tires, hose tapes, Production of wire and
