Product Working Principle:
The load and speed signals of the conveyor belt are transmitted to
the measurement control instrument or industrial computer. The
instrument or industrial computer performs internal calculations on
the load and speed signals to calculate the actual feeding amount,
and continuously compares the actual feeding amount with the set
feeding amount By comparison, the speed of the conveying belt is
controlled so that the feeding amount is as close to or equal to
the set feeding amount as possible.

System Features:
1. The high-resolution load cell guarantees accurate measurement
values.
2. High resolution digital pulse speed sensor to ensure accurate

3. Gravity automatic tensioning device ensures constant belt
tension and avoids belt slippage and excessive tension.
4. Automatic belt deviation correction device avoids affecting
production due to belt deviation.
5. The pear-shaped scraper cleans the debris on the lower belt to
one side to avoid the debris between the belt and the roller
surface from damaging the belt.
6. The scrapers on the inner and outer sides of the belt avoid belt
sticking and tare weight changes.
7. No assistance is needed, belt replacement is convenient and
maintenance is simplified.
8. The master and slave rollers adopt self-aligning bearings, which
