Instructions for Rexroth A4VG series plunger pump:
1. During trial operation and operation, the axial plunger
component must be filled with hydraulic oil and the air must be
drained. Oil filling and exhaust operations are also required after
a long period of shutdown, because the system may drain oil through
the hydraulic pipeline.
2. Leaking oil inside the shell must be discharged to the oil tank
through the highest drain port of the shell, and the minimum
suction pressure of oil port S shall not be less than 0.8bar
absolute pressure. (0.5bar absolute pressure during cold start)
3. In all working conditions, the suction line and the drain line
must enter the tank and be below the lowest oil surface.
