Note: The roll paper which is used to test the production speed
should meet following requirements:
Grade: Min. B Moisture content: 11% ±2%
Face paper: 100~250g/m2 Liner paper: 100~150g/m2
Corrugated paper: 100- 200g/m2
3.Flute profiles: A,B,C ,E fluteas (per clients request)
Corrugated cardboard production line is the professional equipment
for producing corrugated cardboard .
The production line consists of the Mill Roll Stand, liner (medium
paper ) Pre-heater, Single facer machine ,
Conveyor bridge , Gluing Machine, Double facer machine , Slitter
Scorer , Cut-off , Conveyer and Stacker,
Heating System ,Air compression system and Glue Making System and
so on. We produced different grade
3,5,7 ply corrugated production line with different fitting. On the
base of understanding the requirements of
the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad, our
company has developed and designed these
production lines with the speed 60~220m/min, the paper with
1600~2200mm and A,B,C,E UV flute production
line can satisfy different customers.

Steam consumption:2500-3000kg/hr Max. Pressure:1.2Mpa
Air compressor pressure:0.8~1.1Mpa
5. Electricity: 380V, 50Hz,three-phase four wire type(also can do
as per clients country electricity standard)
6. Equipment Occupation:the real data is according to the drawing
7. Equipment Direction:Left or Right transmission will be according
to client's requirements.
8. Factory request size:specific length as to the foundation of
drawing
