System material description

(1) Casters: The inner layer adopts double ball bearings, the middle is a nylon layer, and covered with a high toughness time-grinding polynitrogen layer, which can withstand great force without wearing the floor.

(2) The driving wheel has multiple reinforced rubber structures, which can easily overcome ground defects.

(3) Travelling wheel frame: The number of Travelling wheel frame in each row can be set according to the size and requirements of the site. Each Travelling wheel frame is equipped with 4 casters.

(4) Bleacher structure: It adopts a composite structure, and the material is alloy steel. There must be no welding in the middle of the rods of all load-bearing parts. The thickness of the supporting steel plate is> 3mm, which is connected by high-strength positioning profiles. It can increase the strength and toughness of the material, improve the mechanical properties of the material, and enhance the stability of the structure. The size of the load-bearing beam is 50x40x3, the column is 100x50x3, and the main beam is made of 190×50×3 inner coiled profile at one time, and national standard high-strength bolts are used for on-site riveting (all screws and nuts are standard parts), which improve the previous welding disadvantages. Not only has a good corrosion performance and stability, but also has a smooth and clean outer surface.

The cantilever beam adopts 60×40×3.0 inner coiled profiles, which are the main structural elements for the wooden flooring. The support parts between the support frames can also be used for the main beam to eliminate sliding friction.

(5) Pedal: It is made of 18mm thick high-strength laminate composite fireproof board.

(6) The front frame adopts special aluminum-titanium alloy edging and special anti-skid lines to increase the strength of the frame and prevent the audience from slipping while walking. Compared with the general inlaid rubber and plastic strips, it has some advantages such as wear, no aging, no slippage.

(7) Synchronous telescopic device: It is composed of a synchronous shaft, a transmission chain and a side roller to ensure a balanced linear motion during expansion and braking.

(8) Bleacher seats: HDPE plastic chairs, using high-density polyethylene materials, with low back rest or folding backrest. Soft cushion chairs use high density cold molded foam and high quality fabric.

(9) The steel components are all pickled and phosphated and then powder coating on the automatic spraying line to enhance their corrosion resistance.
