Seat back shell
The back inner, outer shell, seat inner and outer shell are made of
polypropylene multi-element material, and the thickness is not less
than 6mm. The outer plate of the seat shell has 710 sound-absorbing
holes and sound-absorbing wave plates, which can have a good
sound-absorbing function and be durable. Not deformed.
Armrest board
The handrails are made of mixed solid wood with a thickness of
30mm. The solid wood is dehydrated, dried and buffered, and the
external shoes are painted with environmentally friendly paint. The
GB18581-2001 standard is implemented.
Seat return mechanism
The seat bag return adopts a double-huang return device, adopts a
rubber cushion anti-vibration treatment, and is equipped with a
reset positioning device, so that the reset is accurate and no
noise.
Armrest steel frame
It is made by stamping, forming and welding of A-grade steel plate.
The thickness of the plate is not less than 1.5mm. The fixing screw
adopts concealed technology. The appearance is smooth and beautiful
without dust accumulation. The surface of the iron part adopts
advanced degreasing, rust removal and phosphating treatment, and
epoxy- Polyester powder coating electrostatic spraying, high
temperature plasticization treatment, smooth appearance, no rust,
anti-corrosion. (Matte) fusion bonded epoxy powder coating complies
with the national standard GB/T18593-2001.
Dimensions
The seat width is 560-580mm (armrest middle to middle), the seat
height is 960mm, the seat deployment depth is 725mm, the seat
height is 400mm, the back height is 740mm, the seat cushion depth
is 460mm, the armrest height is 600mm, and the seat retractable
depth is no more than 525mm.
Fabric
The fabric is made of high-quality flame-retardant (Grade B) warp
and weft linen fabric, and the color is subject to the model chair.
Standard
The seat meets the requirements of the ministry-level industry
standard for public seats, and the inspection meets the national
standards. The British standard can be selected.
