Foldable Stadium Seats Features:
The design, selection and installation of the seat are in line with
the stadium design, beautiful, comfortable, safe, durable, and easy
to install, maintain and manage. The chair surface adopts the
hollow blow molding manufacturing process, and selects high-density
polyethylene (HDPE) to be processed at one time. It has rounded
edges and corners of the seat surface, relatively concentrated
molecular weight, high bonding strength at the junction, high
rigidity and toughness, and good mechanics Performance and higher
use temperature, good aging resistance, impact resistance, high and
low temperature resistance, and oil resistance. Polyethylene (HDPE)
has little water absorption, is non-toxic, and has excellent
chemical stability.
The seat adopts rear-mounted floor installation. The floor stand
(with handrails) is made of aluminum alloy casting, and the surface
is polished and the electrostatic spraying process is used to
ensure the surface quality, corrosion resistance and strength of
the product to the utmost extent. Fastened on the steps with
special fasteners, each fastener can withstand a tensile force of
1500kgf (C25 concrete). The seat fixings are not exposed.
The seat uses the seat plate gravity automatic turning mechanism
(without spring), which reduces the floor area of the seat
horizontal plane, makes the audience enter and exit more freely,
and evacuate the audience to a safe place faster in an emergency.
