This system adopts PLC to control automatic division, step-by-step
transfer, clamping, tool feeding and retreating, pushing and other
actions, and the left and right misaligned flat heads or both sides
are aligned.
The in-charge system first dials in two pipes and automatically
separates them into two pipe position slots.
After the automatic left push is complete, the double-station is
stepped again to enter the right cutter head, and the right is
automatically clamped, entered, retracted, loosened, and then
stepped into the double-station.
After the automatic right push is complete, step the double station
again to enter the left cutter head, and the left automatically
clamps, feeds, retracts, loosens the clamp, and then steps to the
double station, and the exit tube enters the packing.
In automatic continuous operation, the actions of pushing,
clamping, cutting in, retracting, and loosening the clamp will move
at the same time.
Electric control system:
The automatic system operation adopts PLC control, and the stepping
beam adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to control the
stepping speed.
The main control cabinet includes PLC, frequency converter and
relay control system

1) Feeding system (2 sets)
2) Steel pipe flat head support and clamping system (2 sets on each
side),
3) Cutter head spindle power head and drive motor system (2 sets),

6) Double-pipe push roller and baffle system (2 sets).
