This hydraulic testing machine is suitable for steel pipes with model Ø12～Ø2500mm.

Main testing process:
1. Adjust the moving beam according to the pipe length.
2. The pipe is measured and loaded by the loading chains.
3. The clamp device is lifted by cylinders to clamp the pipes.
4. The double end sockets move to seal the pipes.
5. Preliminary sealed booster
6. Filling water and outlet air.
7. Air release valve is closed and pressure boosting.
8. Pressure holding.
9. Pressure relief
10. Pipe is taken out of end socket.
11. Loosen the clamping
12. Unloading
13. Length measuring and cleaning.
