doy pack snacks automatic packing machine) is a mini horizontal
premade bag pick fill seal machine.
2) It is an economical pouch packing machine at high working speed
(20pcs-40pcs) with multi-functions of zipper opening, euro hole
punch, easy tear open.
3) The packaing system is composed of a mini doypack packing
machine, a multihead weigher, a z type bucket elevator and a work
plastform.
Main Features
1) Easy and simple to put bags in the bag slot, equipped with
automatic bag pressing device;
2) No filling, no sealing;
3) The machine is of SS304 appearance. Carbon steel frame and some
parts are acid- resistant, salt-resistant anti-corrosion layer
processed.
4) Most parts are fabricated by mold production; the main material
is 304 stainless and alumina.
Station Process:
1. Pick up pouch
2. Open pouch - from top or bottom
3. Filling product (first time)
4. Filling product (second time) - If the product only needs
filling for one time, this station will be removed.
5. Sealing (first time)
6. Taking away finished pouches
Optional:
1. Zipper opening
2. Date/Batch No. Printing
3. Euro hole punch
The number of working stations for different functions can be added
or removed basing on the products, filling volume and the pouch
type.
