After-sales service
1. From the date of purchase, under normal use conditions, if it is
found that there is a manufacturing quality problem within one
year, the manufacturer will provide free repair or replacement of
parts.
2. If the parts or the whole machine are damaged due to improper
operation, overload, collision, foreign matter, etc., the factory
provides services and all costs are borne by the user.
3. Standard parts such as bearings, bolts, belts and blades are not
included in the three packages.
4. The motor has one year free warranty. If you have difficulty in
repairing it yourself, you can mail the whole machine back to our
company. You will get free repairs. (Due to improper operation by
the user and the motor is damaged, the corresponding fee will be
charged)
5. After the warranty period is exceeded, if the machine is
damaged, the mail repair service will still be provided, but the
cost will be charged for individual parts.
