Working Principle

The double spiral cone mixer is composed of a driving part, a screw agitator and an inverted cone can body. The agitator is composed of two asymmetric spirals, which rotate around the axis and make a revolution in the cone with the help of the rotating action of the rotating arm. The equipment makes the material lift repeatedly through the revolution of the spirals and produces compound movements such as shearing, convection and diffusion in the cone, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.
