FTD Demagnetizer
Working principle:
According to the principle of electromagnetics, the frame structure
demagnetizer is designed with electromagnetic field. The
alternating magnetic field is generated in the coil of AC power
supply, and the track of hysteresis loop is smaller and smaller.
When the magnetic field strength is reduced to zero, the residual
remanence br in the work piece is close to zero, so as to achieve
the demagnetization effect. The use of capacitance compensation
technology can greatly reduce the operating power of the machine
and save energy.
