USAGE AND PRECAUTIONS
USAGE METHOD
1. Place the workpiece on the working table of the suction cup, and
then insert the Sakamoto into the shaft hole to suck the workpiece
for processing
2. In order to prevent any possible accidental rotation of the
wrench under magnetization, remove the wrench before processing
3. After the workpiece is processed, insert the wrench into the
shaft hole an
n it 180 to "off" anticlockwise to remove the workpiece safely.
MAINTENANCE
1. Clean the surface of electromagnetic suction cup before use to
avoid rabbit scratch
2. Do not knock or knock seriously to avoid damaging the disk and
affecting the suction and accuracy.3. After use, it should be wiped
and coated with antirust oil to prevent rust
PRECAUTIONS AND METHODS FOR USE OF SUCTION CUP
1. When the workpiece is placed, the magnetic pole should be
occupied as much as possible to obtain greater attraction rather
than aligning the broken pole
2. For workpieces with large area and irregular bottom shape,
multiple suction cups can be used together3. For workpieces with
large area and flat bottom, the auxiliary block can be used to pad
the height to complete the clamping
4. For horizontal milling or drilling machine, it can cooperate
with tripod side suction cup to complete clamping
5. For smaller workpieces, multiple workpieces can be clamped at
one time to improve work efficiency(please select auxiliary block
for workrkpieces placed in the (outermost place because the
workpieces are too small)
6.in order to ensure the parallelism between the plane of the
suction cup and the working surface of the machine tool, after the
suction cup is installed in place, the user can clean and mill the
working surface of the suction cup
7. Super strong suction cup is a set of magnetic clamping tools,
which is composed of magnetic suction cup body and other optional
accessories. The accessories should be used as much as possible to
realize precise and rapid clamping. For small workpieces, auxiliary
blocks should be selected properly
