Features:
The sealing packing of the maintenance-free rotary compensator is
resistant to temperature from -60°C to 800°C. Because the outer
sleeve of the compensator and the inner sleeve of the outer sleeve
are welded with retaining rings, the two retaining rings are
installed between the two retaining rings to reduce friction.

Material used
The sealing packing selected for the maintenance-free rotary
compensator is all flexible graphite, with a temperature resistance
of -60℃-800℃, and the grades used are nuclear grade, industrial
precision grade and maintenance-free.
Craft
The maintenance-free rotary compensator uses a press to mold the
sealing material first, and the molding requires less dense density
and maintain plasticity. Then put the N ring of the packing ring
(determined according to the product requirements) into the packing
cavity, add some ingredients that delay oxidation, and then perform
secondary molding under a certain pressure by a hydraulic press
(the hydraulic press exceeds the manual wrench process in terms of

integrated, so as to increase the density of the packing, make the
sealing performance of the packing better, and prevent the product
from leaking.
The maintenance-free compensator uses the same diameter as the
inner tube and the reducing tube, so that the medium can flow
