Surfacing alloy wear-resistant pipe is composed of low-carbon steel
plate and alloy wear-resistant layer. The alloy wear-resistant
layer is generally 1/3~1/2 of the total thickness. When working,
the matrix provides comprehensive properties such as strength,
toughness and plasticity against external forces, and the alloy
wear-resistant layer provides wear resistance that meets the
requirements of specified working conditions.
There is a metallurgical bond between the hardfacing layer and the
substrate. Through special equipment and automatic welding process,
the high-hardness self-shielding alloy welding wire is uniformly
welded on the substrate. The composite layer has one to two layers
or even multiple layers. During the composite process, due to the
different shrinkage ratio of the alloy, uniform transverse cracks
appear. It is a remarkable feature of wear-resistant steel plate.
The alloy wear-resistant layer is mainly made of chromium alloy,
and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium,
and nickel are also added. The carbides in the metallographic
structure are distributed in fibrous form, and the fiber direction
is perpendicular to the surface. The microhardness of carbide can
reach above HV1700-2000, and the surface hardness can reach
HRC58-62. Alloy carbide has strong stability at high temperature,
maintains high hardness, and also has good oxidation resistance. It
can be used normally within 500°C.
Surfacing alloy wear-resistant pipe has high wear resistance and
good impact performance. It can be cut, bent, welded, etc., and can
be connected to other structures by welding, plug welding, bolt
connection, etc., in the process of maintenance site It is
time-saving and convenient. It is widely used in metallurgy, coal,
cement, electric power, mining, building materials, bricks and
tiles and other industries. Compared with other materials, it has a
high cost performance and has been favored by more and more
industries and manufacturers.
Chromium carbide overlay CCO welding steel elbow as pipe fittings
for power plant is one kind of compound pipe with chromium carbide overlay layer
welded on steel pipe, the smallest pipe we can produce is φ80mm,
thickness of the wall is 8-50mm, this wear resistant pipe has dual
metal characteristics, i.e. high wear resistance of work layer and
plasticity and toughness of collective layer. Wear resistant layer
contains high carbon and high chromium alloy, while our high
temperature resistance CCO pipes contains Mo,W,V,B,Nb,Ti and other
alloy elements. The metallographic structure of wear resistant
layer is eutectic +M7C3 primary carbide or complex carbide, which
can resist the wear under room temperature, high temperature,
strong impact, medium impact and low stress impact.
