Atlas air compressor oil cut-off valve is a switch used to control
the main oil path into the screw head. Its function is to cut off
the oil supply to the main engine when the air compressor is shut
down to prevent lubricating oil from spraying from the main engine
port. To avoid oil backflow at the moment of shutdown. When the air
compressor is started, too much oil will not enter the main engine,
because this will cause blockage and cause the air compressor to
fail to start.
When the air compressor is not in use, because the screw in the
head can not be soaked in cooling oil for a long time.
For this reason, the oil cut-off valve is added into the cooling
system.
When the air compressor works, the compressed gas generated will
make the oil break valve open, and the cooling oil can be
circulated in the system to cool the screw of the machine head.
When the air compressor is not working, the oil break valve will be
in a closed state, preventing the cooling oil in the oil-water
separator from being cut off to return to the screw.
Control hydraulic fluid (hydraulic) and high temperature resistance
