| installation steps | 1. The flanges should be welded vertically before installation
(note: the flange waterline faces outwards, and the installation
distance for the rubber soft connection is reserved between the
flanges).
2. Use fasteners to connect the flanges at both ends of the rubber
soft connection to the pipe end flanges. (Note: Use the diagonal
method to tighten the nuts in parallel, and do not bias them.)
3. After installation, perform a hydraulic test on the rubber soft
connection. After the water is tested and weighed, the connection
bolts are tightened again in step 2 to prevent local leakage. |
