1. Applications

◆ PR105 Primer is a surface treatment activator developed specifically for PP (or PE materials), which can leave a film layer on the surface of substrate while the substrate is being activated to improve the adhesion between the sealant and the substrate;

◆ Where PP (or PE material) needs to be bonded and sealed;

◆ Used for bonding between PP (or PE material) and other materials.

Application Descriptions

The surface of the substrate to be applied must be clean, free of grease or other contaminants, apply a thin layer of PR105 primer to the surface of the substrate with a clean white cloth, dry for 5-10min (depending on the bonding substrate and environmental conditions), and wait until the surface is cured and dried.

7. Storage

◆ Store at shady, cool and dry places under temperatures between 5 ℃and 27℃, capable to store for 12 months in the original package, isolating heat and fire.

◆ PR105 primer has very strong chemical activation easy to hydrolyze, therefore, users should seal and then store it;

◆ The PR105 primer is a flammable substance and has certain toxicity. The user must take necessary protective measures. The workplace must be ventilated and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
