380V Start Up Heater

Chemical Reactor Start-up Electric Mineral Insulated Cable Heater is uniquely developed to provide chemical plants with a safe, quick and efficient solution to the start-up. The reactors should attend the chemical reaction at a certain temperature which is provided by the start-up heater. Air outlet temperature: Up to 500 ℃ with fuel-oil and 650 ℃ with diesel oil or natural gas.

Electric heating skid consists of explosion-proof electric heater, base, safety valve pipe, inlet and outlet pipe, sewage pipe, on-site explosion-proof operation column, explosion-proof junction box and indoor non-explosion-proof electric control cabinet.
