Attention:
1 Halogen Moisture Analyzer is used to measure the moisture content
of the sample, used for any other purpose may be personal injury
and damage to equipment.
2, Please read before using manual, do not work in unsuitable
environmental conditions.
3, Halogen moisture analyzer only for rapid sample familiar worker
and the nature and use of trained professionals.
4, Halogen Moisture Analyzer power supply for the three plug with a
grounding receptacle, disconnect the instrument ban shows bad
ground wire or grounded power.
5, Around the instrument should ensure that there is enough space
to avoid heat accumulation and over heating.
6, Because of the instrument heating element will becomes hot, do
not place flammable materials around the instrument.
7, after the test, the sample, heating unit and container will
still be very hot, so remove the sample with care.
8, When heating and drying , the ring heating element temperature
will reach 400 ℃. So Do not open or touch the heating
elements.Please disconnect the power and wait the until it is
completely cool if you need open it.
9, For combustible or flammable materials, solvent-containing
matrix, heating will produce flammable or explosive gas matrix, be
especially careful, because these samples could harm the human body
or equipment damage. Therefore, in the determination of such
samples, the heating temperature should be low enough to make the
operation to prevent the formation of flame or explosives, and
wearing goggles and other protective equipment. If the sample is
not very understanding of flammability, the test sample should be
minimized. In this case, the instrument should be supervised, just
in case, well before the experiment at your own risk analysis.
