Right Angle 3'' Inch Diaphragm CA76T Bag Filter Pulse Jet Valve

This series of pulse jet valves includes models with threaded connections from 3/4'' to 3''. These valves are particular used for reverse pulse-jet filter cleaning of filter bags, cartridges, envelope filters, ceramic filters and sintered metal fibre filters.

They have an inlet port at 90° to the outlet port.

The pulse jet valves differ in types with an integrated pilot valve or with external pneumatic control.

The special design ensures extremely fast opening, high flow and easy installation.

Optionally, we also offer versions with ATEX certified pilot valves.

A well thought-out structure and a fast delivery time for spare parts such as diaphragms, springs and coils enable simple maintenances.

Installation:
1. Prepare supply and blowtube pipes to suit valve specification. Avoid installing valves underneath the tank.
2. Ensure tank and pipes are free from dirt, rust or other particulate.
3. Ensure supply air is clean and dry.
4. Mount valves to inlet pipes and blowtube to valves, ensuring no excess thread sealant can enter the valve itself.
5. Make electrical connections to solenoid or connect RCA pilot port to pilot valve (RCA valves only).
6. Apply moderate pressure to system and check for installation leaks.
7. Fully pressurise system.
8. Test fire and listen for proper actuation and crisp pulse noise.
