General Description

PHFLH Series High Flow Filter Cartridge is made of diameter 6"(152mm), single open end, without inner core, inside to outside flow direction. The filter body is Polyester pleated. End caps and filter layer using thermal melting welding, no any bonding agent, with a wide range of chemical compatibility. High-temperature resistance is widely used in high-temperature conditions. Reduce chemistry hold by up to 50%, Help elimate contamination-related boiler tube failures, have superior flow characteristics for a smaller footprint and lower capital costs.

High flow filter cartridge controls metal and silica solid contaminaiton in condensate water to reduce or elimnate boiler tube failures, and drastically chemical holds during start-up.

The filter housing are multi-filters, code or non code stamped, and can be applied to a wide range of flow rates, whether on startup or in continuous mode. Their design makes the element easy to service, yet the element sealing mechanism allows replacement with maximum filtration integrity.
