Working Principle of Syringe Filling Machine

This machine consists of syringe tray, filling system, stopper supplying system and electric control system.

The two servo motors control the ceramic pump to set the filling volume. The other two servo motors drive the syringe tray to move in the horizontal direction to fill the syringe and seal it.

The needle of syringes are filling and the liquid going up, Be sure the liquid no overflow

Insert plunger with vacuum, be sure the plunger and liquid level closed enough without air.

Syringe machine can inspect by itself, it case accident happen.

The material contact parts are AISI 316Lstainless steel and ceramic
