It is the use of ultrasonic energy to scatter water or liquid and form tiny particles of several microns to more than 100 microns. This spray technology is widely used in atomization and humidification (moisturizing, heat preservation, antistatic), chemical mixing production (promoting reaction speed), spray drying granulation (liquid, metal granulation), paint spraying (solar panels, fuel cells, glass). It will gradually replace the traditional pressure spraying. The equipment features a unique soft spray feature, which greatly reduces the backspray, thereby reducing the cost and air pollution.
