IEC 60695-11-2 Horizontal And Vertical Burning Test Apparatus

Product overview:

This horizontal and vertical burning test apparatus designed and manufactured according to IEC60695-11-2, IEC60695-11-3, IEC60695-11-4, IEC60695-11-10, IEC60695-11-20. It is required by IEC 60065: 2005 and IEC 60065:2014 Clause 20.2.1, 20.2.5 and Annex G.

It simulates the influence of early-stage flame when there is a fire around the electric and electronic products, so that to judge the igniting danger degree. It is mainly used in plastic and other non-metallic material sample, solid material. It is also applicable in the Horizontal, vertical flammability test of the relative combustion characteristic of foam plastics whose density is no-less than 250kg/m according to ISO845 test method.

This test equipment adopts integral type inlet ignition system. The combustion time delays 0.1S thus to make sure the sufficient time of gas burning. The test equipment has matte black background, multi-functional flame measure gauge and large observation window. The control system of this test equipment is composed of PLC+ 7” touch screen, with high degree of automation and high precision of parameter display. The appearance of this test equipment is beautiful, the performance is stable and operation is convenient.
