The cross wire is put into cross wire hopper device. The cross wire hopper device can load 150kg steel wires. The cross wire falling is controlled by stepping motor.
3. When the longitudianl wire is under the welding electrodes. You could set the parameters input by touch screen. Such as: input cross wire mesh size, width of mesh, welding speed per min and length of roll mesh. Very easy to operate and master. After input all the parameters. Press the button in the control cabinet. The welded roll mesh making machine start to work.
4. The pulling mesh system is controlled by servo motor and air cylinder. Welding firmly, can adjust the second voltage of the welding transformers according to different wire diameters.Welding electrodes- chromium zirconium copper Upper-20mm diameter

Lower-20*20*20mm, can be used 6 sides,The welding electrode distance can be adjusted.
5. According to requirements, you can set the mesh length in the touch screen to achieve the length of mesh. The winding mesh machine is variable-frequency, The speed of winding mesh is adjustable. After finished one roll mesh. Need worker to take out the roll mesh.
