Reinforcing Mesh Panel Welding Equipment Features:

1. Welding pressure is provided by spring pressure system, uniform pressure and stable performance; and the water-cooling transformer and water-cooling welding electrodes to make sure the welding firm during a long working time, and prolong the service life.

2. Cross wire feeding method: Firstly, the coil wires are straighten and cut into fixed length by straightening cutting machine, which become cross wire. Then worker put the cross wires into wire hopper. The cross wire hopper can load max 1500 tons rebar. Wire hopper under the control of air pump, the cross wires falling automatically one by one.

3. Line wire feeding method: Line wires are the same to cross wires, firstly use straightening cutting machine to straighten and cut coil wire into fixed length. Then workers put the line wire into the under electrodes. the welding began welding.

4. Control cabinet adopts PLC control system though touch screen operate system, you can change welding time, or welding current time. mesh opening size through touch screen.
