1. This machine is designed to produce three specifications of baby pad: L, M, and S.
2. Cotton core is wrapped up by tissue, and after embossing and pressing, it is firmly fixed and prevented from dislocation.
3. Weight of cotton core is adjustable, controlled by infinite speed tuner.
4. Medication or SAP feeder device is also integrated by design.
5. Spray glue to fix the elastic is also introduced into the design.
6. Chains transmission keeps smooth running and good synchronal performance, which made it easy to operate.

Packing and Shipping:

All the machines of our company are wrapped in wrapping film and wooden boxes before shipment. They are shipped as standard (except for local company procurement) to check whether the packaging is intact before the customer receives the goods. If there is any damage, please contact our company in time. If it is intact, the customer can safely sign for it. After signing, the wooden box and packaging can be removed by themselves. After the removal, the machine can enter the installation stage.
