Description of nylon zip tie machine

1. The tie gun would automatically wrap, tighten and cut nylon cable ties when handler pulls the trigger.

2. The bundle speed is 0.7S per cable tie.

3. Bundle capacity: 1800pcs-3600pcs/h(It depends on the time of picking and placing products)

4. The waste of nylon zip ties would be collected into a tin or a box. It is friendly environmentally.

5. There are 20N – 80N to adjust. Please turn a knob in the zip tie gun. Bigger number, bigger binding forces.

6. Automatic detecting jammed: if cable tie is jammed in the tie gun or in the hose, the cable tie machine would stop working and automatically clean jammed cable tie, then restart.

7. The tie gun machine can bind objects with different diameters with nylon plastic ties as long as the total diameter is less than the specifications in the table.
