TROUBLE SHOOTING - Temperature not display!
1. Temperature display range from 39-75℉ (4-24 Celsius Degree), if
not display, it may below 39℉ or above 75℉.
2. If within 39-75℉, it not display, please use your finger to wipe
the water / spray on the temperature strip, wait for seconds, the
temp will display.

Cooling Time Depends on Environment Temperature
The cooling time depends on ambient temperature, the warm
environment, the short cooling time. We don’t suggest use it to
cool the medicine above 8 hours or overnight even some of our
customers confirmed it can keep the medications cool longer time.
