Type B Sintered Wire Mesh Summary
The product is sintered together by several layers of plain-woven square mesh. Owing to the large opening ratio, the sintered mesh possesses good permeability, small resistance but large flow. It is mainly applied to filterate air and liquid, it can be made according to the customer’s request because each layer of mesh is alternative.

Type B Sintered Wire Mesh Material
The standard materials are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy C-276 , Monel 400, Inconel600, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205 are acceptable based on customer’s requirement.

Type B Sintered Wire Mesh Size
The standard size are 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm, 1000×1000mm, 1200×1200mm, 1200×1500mm, and special size in range can be finished as requirement.

1. Filter Element
It is mainly used to filter air, water and oil. It can be made according to the customer’s request to the filter rating and specifications.

2. Sand-proofing Filter Tube in Petroleum
It is mainly used in petrol exploitation to hold up sand particles and impurities. It can be made according to the customer’s request to the filter rating and specifications.
