Magnesium Oxide Production Line

Magnesium Oxide is a granulated magnesium oxide fertiliser, for dry application to the soil.
Magnesium Oxide is insoluble. It cannot be used in fertigation programs or in foliar sprays.
Magnesium Oxide Production Line Application:
Being granular and insoluble, Magnesium Oxide takes time to react in the soil after application and release magnesium in forms available for plant root uptake. It needs to be applied early. Magnesium oxide should be applied pre-plant in annual crops, and in advance of the
main growing season in trees, vines and plantation crops.

Magnesium Oxide Production Line Production Process:
Pidgeon process is applied in the company’s Mg smelting technology. This kind of process is advanced and reliable technology.

Qualified dolomite is transported into the rotary kiln for calcination; Calcined dolomite is mixed with fluorite and ferrosilicon and then pressed into briquette. The briquette is put into retorts where there is vacuum, and then deoxidized into crystallized magnesium, which is called crude Mg. Crude Mg is smelted and refined to get pure Mg. The complete production line is divided into several systems including raw material storage, dolomite calcination, grinding & briquetting, reduction and refining.

Step1: Calcined--The calcined dolomite granular

a.Process introduction: As a result of mining dolomite is too large in volume,So crushing and calcining bulk dolomite, make its become particles.

Step2:Grinding and balling--Raw material production and storage

a.Process introduction: Calcined dolomite, using a ball mill and other equipment to the grinding ball material, storage after production well.

b.The main equipment:Electronic batching scale,Bucket elevator, Ball mill, Screw conveyer ,FU chain conveyor,etc.

Step3:Reduction treatment -Reduction treatment raw materials

a.Process introduction: Refine the raw materials, product the qualified products and sales.

b.List of equipment and processes:Reduction furnace,Wind machine Vacuum pump,Jet pump,etc.

Step4:Refine--produce a product

a.Process introduction:Use of a series of equipment, refine the raw material, create quality products and sales them.

b.The main equipments:Refining furnace,Electronic moisture device,Pouring pump,Continuous casting machine,etc.
