Hydration Lime Production Line
According to certain water feeding amount, the spray device sprays
water to quicklime mixing tank after spraying, through the rotation
of wear-resisting mixing blades by special design, the quick lime
is mixed strongly and goes to procedures of melting, slaking,
aging, and homogenization, and the mixing blades at the same time
also promote the slaked hydrated lime powder to move forward. The
clay resistance board and position limit board ensure quick lime
slaking time, making the quicklime slake completely.
