bending machine and butyl extruder machine and desiccant filling
machine and so on.
For the Double Glazing Production line we have latest technology
about pressing part and argon gas filling part .
For the Automatic sealing robot , the mechanical head is in front
of machine, it can achieve the real connection with Double Glazing
production line when producing the step glass.
For the Spacer bending machine, our machine can bend aluminum
spacer and warm edge spacer ,and stainless steel, warm edge spacer
need heating before bend, the corner error is acceptable range, we
all use German Simens Japan SMC ,These national brand are stable
and convenient for the future service .
for the butyl extruder machine , our best advantage is coating
speed can up to 47m/min , it can save materials up to 30% compare
with other brand(4-7g/m), we all use German Simens Japan SMC ,These

Now we are making new design -Machine can connect with big Bucket
glue 200L, it can save refilling the glue time.
For the desiccant fillier machine , the biggest advantage is it can
fill the rectangle and arc frame shape in one machine.
For the manual gas filling machine, we can input the argon gas
concentration into touch screen and it can display the whole gas
filling processing, customer will know exactly how much argon gas
filled inside. When it up to the value you input , argon gas
filling machine will automatic stop and give us alarming.
