Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15-25 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.

A: We provide 1 year warranty.
When the warranty expired, our company will still give you technician support for free. But the replacing part is not free.
In other words, we provide lifelong after sale service to you as long as you use our printer.

Q:How to receive my order? Is it safe during shipping?
A: For the items you purchased, we will arrange shipping by sea or international express. It shall be quite safe during shipping by sea or air. Additionally, we will purchase insurance as a guarantee for your order.
